The homeowner contacted us after they'd seen us in the neighborhood working on their neighbors homes. They were interested in having us do an inspection since their neighbors mentioned that they had sustained wind damage during a severe storm that came through the area in February. Upon inspection it was very apparent that their roof had also been damaged during the storm. The homeowner contacted their insurance company and placed a claim. Once they notified us that the adjuster would be out to perform the inspection, we scheduled our inspector to meet the adjuster at the home to do the inspection with them. Once the adjuster finalized everything, the homeowner notified us that everything was in place and a date was scheduled for our crew to begin the work. Shortly after arrival our crew completely removed the existing roof and assessed the plywood for damage to see if it was in need of replacement prior to installing the new roof. First the crew installed the starter then ProArmor underlayment followed by Owens Corning Lifetime Architectural Shingles. Ice and Water shield was installed to prevent ice dams from forming in the winter months. During the process we removed and replaced the drip edge, ridge vents, pipe boots and various other items which we obtain from our local distributors. As soon as the job was completed our crew cleaned the area and made sure it was free of any debris that may have fallen. When the homeowner finally saw their finished roof they were extremely happy that they'd contacted us and were very pleased with how well our crew performed the job and cleaned up. The only evidence we had been there was the new roof itself!
