We were contacted by the homeowner with concerns that their roof may have potential storm damage. We scheduled an appointment for an inspection. Upon inspection there was found to be evidence of wind damage. Because of the age of the roof it was not worth fixing and there was a chance the same color shingles are most likely not available now. The homeowner contacted their insurance company and an appointment was set to have an adjuster go out and inspect the roof also. Neil met with the inspector and once they approved a complete roof replacement we scheduled an appointment to replace the roof. Once the existing roof was completely removed our crew began installing Owens Corning Lifetime Architectural Shingles, removed and replaced the Ice & Water shield which help prevent ice build up which can cause damage to your roof and possibly the gutters also. Other item that we replace were the ridge vent, pipe boots, flashing as well as other products all of which we obtain from our local distributors. When the job was finished and our crew had the area clear of all debris the homeowner was so happy to know that winter is right around the corner and they won't have to worry about any potential leaks that may have occurred and caused interior damage.
